Error Definitions

400 -
- Expired Code: The OTP entered has passed the 5-minute expiration window. A new connection is required.
- Incorrect Code: User did not enter the correct OTP.
- Ineligible User: User failed to meet eligibility requirements. These errors occur when a User's information has been submitted and does not meet our minimum threshold for User verification.
- Identification Failed: Failed to get identity from the information provided, no record associated with phone number and DOB.
- Identification Failed - Information Mismatch: Refers to when a User provides a date of birth or phone number that does not align.
- User Already Connected: User has already been successfully connected via this endpoint. View the previous success response or retrieve the user to view their information.
429 -
- Too Many Attempts: User attempted verification unsuccessfully more than 5 times. They must wait a few minutes before trying again.
