Complete an SMS connection using the passcode sent to the user's device.
Error Definitions
- Expired Code: The OTP entered has expired. A new connection is required.
- Incorrect Code: The user did not enter the correct OTP.
- Ineligible User: User failed to meet eligibility requirements. These errors occur when a user's information has been submitted and does not meet our minimum threshold for user verification.
- Identification Failed: Failed to get identity from the information provided, no record associated with phone number and DOB.
- Identification Failed - Information Mismatch: Refers to when a user provides a date of birth or phone number that does not align.
- Too Many Attempts: User attempted verification unsuccessfully more than 5 times. They must wait a few minutes before trying again.
