Check where a liability refresh stands using the extRequestId you submitted to Request Liability Data. Status returns as IN_PROGRESS, COMPLETED, or FAILED.

Once it's COMPLETED, the refreshed values are available on the user's liabilities — balanceDetails and aprs on credit cards, payoffSummary on auto and student loans.

Note: Spinwheel recommends listening for the REFRESH_TRANSACTION_STATUS webhook rather than polling on a tight loop.
