This API initiates the process of updating users' base liabilities. After providing a userId and an extRequestId we begin processing the refresh. We will run checks for newly added liabilities, closed ones, or any updates to existing liability information. Once completed, this will be populated in the user's profile. Query the status at any time using the /v1/users/{userId}/refresh/{extRequestId} endpoint.
