Below are the codes and descriptions for the payment history codes provided per liability:

| 1 | Account has been late for 1 billing cycle |
| 2 | Account has been late for 2 billing cycles |
| 3 | Account has been late for 3 billing cycles |
| 4 | Account has been late for 4 billing cycles |
| 5 | Account has been late for 5 billing cycles |
| 6 | Account has been late for 6 billing cycles |
| G | Account in collections |
| H | Account in foreclosure |
| J | Account voluntarily surrendered |
| R | Collateral for account has been repossessed |
| L | Account is in charge off |
| E | Account is current and has a zero balance |
| B | No data available for this period |
| D | No data available for this period |
